Once we finally received them, they were excellent; however, the wait was quite lengthy—taking at least 20 minutes on a scorching hot day. After mentioning that we were still waiting, it took another 10 minutes to get our drinks. In fact, my husband even had time to go to Costco for gas and return while I was still waiting! There seemed to be just one young woman making all the drinks for both online and walk-in orders, while five other employees were... well, not doing much. The guy at the register was nice, and I tipped him, but it didn't feel like anyone was managing the situation. We received a couple of apologies, but we didn’t get any offer for a complimentary drink for our next visit.

It appears they could use some help, as the quality at this location has been declining.

The staff had locked up without any notice, even though they were still clearly insi... read more We arrived at 5 PM on a weekday and noticed a woman knocking on the window. The staff had locked up without any notice, even though they were still clearly inside working. Instead of taking a moment to open the door and kindly explain, "Sorry, we had to close early due to X reason," they completely ignored her as if she wasn’t there. It was really disappointing to see such poor customer service, and I felt bad for the woman. I definitely won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon.

I especially appreciate when they provide an extra smoothie in a separate cup, which often happens when I add whey protein to a large order. They also follow effective COVID-19 safety measures, such as asking customers to wait outside when the store is busy.
