While the two employees at the front desk were polite, they neglected to ask if I wanted a receipt for my purchase. Additionally, the woman who brought my food seemed robotic rather than personable. It feels like this team has been struggling for quite some time, and it's clear that the store supervisor may not be doing their job effectively. There are plenty of people looking for work, yet it seems that this staff isn't valuing their positions. Overall, the Panera in this hospital could really benefit from improved training to enhance the quality of their food service.

The combination of fruits, spices, and quality oatmeal was wonderful! I highly recommend it, especially if you’ve been away for a while. While I’ve noticed some comments about the prices, having spent 22 years abroad, everything feels a bit pricey to me. I wonder if Panera could consider donating some of its profits from this location, which I imagine is quite profitable, to local charities like WMC.
