The organ dust, this very own mixture of toaster, art and full kitchen, is also convincing in these inhospitable Corona times. The tables are reordered and always give a still unknown view of this great ambience, the guests are very disciplined and the cook loves and still lives their very convincing craftsmanship (bio and full kitchen). The artist Remy waits and enjoys the guests. Anyone who loves a truly extraordin... View all feedback.
What Pascal H doesn't like about L'Orgelstub:
The kitchen is really not good. We waited almost 2 hours to finally be in front of a plate with burnt, blackened, immangeable dishes. It's not really a restaurant that breathes cleanliness. We can either proclaim artist and be clean. What a disappointment this place! Once, but...... ...but never again. View all feedback.

Horrible to flee! Mets arrived burned at 2pm while we took place at 12pm!!! We left with empty bellies but a salty note
Bouchés à la reine excellent, dessert delicious, le tout très bien servi. We'll be back with pleasure.
Organizer of Brunch for this group of “friends” evoked by “Martine S” in the previous comment, I am simply shocked by the negative comment published by the latter! I point out that I did not know this person who was taking part for the first time in an event with the group. We were 12 guests and all the "after brunch" returns that were made in private were positive, even that of this person!!!! It would have been necessary for her to have the courage to report her dissatisfaction on the spot instead of degaining 'behind' when the restaurateur cannot answer Yes, the “hot” dishes were actually not hot enough but is it really so redhibitory to slaughter the reputation of a truly original establishment where all the products are fresh, organic and cooked “home” without exception and at very sweet prices?? As for the fruit salad, I had no problem with post-brown acidity ... Martine S do not generalize the case of your intestines perhaps fragile. It is not the first time that I invited a group to discover the brunch of the “Orgelstub” and never anyone had to complain about any lack of service or dishes that are served very generously. We have the right, of course, to be dissatisfied and to say it and everything is not perfect, whether in restoration or in other areas, but we play frank-game and we say it "in front of face" and not hiding behind a screen. So this attitude is in my eyes more than deplorable, much more than a dish not hot enough!!! It is certain that we will return again because “the Orgelstub” allows a trip so gustative and artistic that is really awkward! Thank you, Mrs. Malher.
A group of friends out for Sunday brunch. Friendly welcome by Rémy though strange. It is the organ factor at the origin of the name the piece of the organ stub being in Alsace the room where the family stands ... once. He is also the artist. To the tip of the nails and hair. Not very clean. We can be artist and clean. The brunch at first is quite tasteful. The heat is warm, however,... warmed up. And dessert really leaves to be desired. Tarte with soft paste. Acid fruit salad. Who eventually gave the colic. And the cherry on the cake? It's a very random addition. Coffee included, not included? It was a sketch. But not comic. Sad. Too bad, you must have seen and heard, not absolutely necessary to have tasted!
