Général Café - Val-David

Very nice local café. Simple meals but very well prepared and presented with a wonderful flavour. Wide range too. _What more do you need?

We dropped by this place as it was off the busy main street, but looked busy, which is always a good sign. Service was prompt and food quality and coffee well done and presented. All foods are presented as healthy with lots of choices. We will certainly go back.

This is a great place for breakfasts or lunch, with the ordinary egg-styles and a few original breakfasts; for lunch a few original menus are offered. The ambiance is great. People are seated close-by; you feel as if in a family. When weather permits, eating on the galery is great.

Natural map, original products, plant milks, topissimo welcome. We stopped going up there to a ste lucie, and suddenly came back the next day!

You enter a house and you find a friendly welcome, in all simplicity. Here you feel good, it's chechi-free and the pastry shops are "house"....We don't want to leave.
