My teenage kids and husband loved it!! We had so much fun together there. We ordered a couple of appetizers to share and they were really good. The guy working there was really friendly and helpful. I'm sure my kids and husband will want to be back next time we go to Vail. View all feedback.

very poor service. the service provider repeatedly forgets what we have ordered and what we have ordered was absolutely not the price that is calculated. you have not recommended View all feedback.
The air conditioner in the room didn’t work, the window wouldn’t shut, the shower randomly cut off water while showering. Be The restaurant food and service are poor. I expected a nice quality hotel and found that only the valet were five star.
Very good location and very good service. Food quality is great and staff is very helpful. the place is benefiting from excellent proximity to the creek; recommended for families and couples alike. would definitely come back when visiting Vail again
This hotel is straight out of a dream! We came for our honeymoon and never wanted to leave. Christian and Conrad are both amazing and not only helped with our luggage, but gave us wonderful suggestions and had awesome conversations with us. They also remembered us every day which felt so special truly like building a friendship. The front desk and restaurant were equally incredible. This is honestly the best hotel we have ever stayed at, and we felt so spoiled. The Grand Hyatt made our honeymoon very special and we can't wait to come back in the future.Rooms: The room was such a dream! We had a balcony and a giant bath tub to soak in.Walkability: Just along the Gore Creek and can connect to both Lions Head and Vail Village!
This hotel is probably a great place to stay during ski season, but in the off season, as a 1-night stop on a long road trip, it just wasn't a great fit for what we needed. We were given an upgraded room, which was appreciated, but the new room's curtains were broken and could not be closed, as well as the latch to the screen-less window which allowed bugs in the room (this wasn't too bad though as we were on the fifth floor). All told, we mainly needed to get a good night's sleep before the next stretch of our trip, and we couldn't get that due to the early morning light spilling into the room. Aside from that, the hotel is very nice. The pool and hot tubs are fantastic (although a bit smaller than how they appear in photos), and I'm sure if we had stayed multiple nights then the curtain issue would have been promptly fixed. I would consider this hotel again if we were looking at a multiple night stay in Vail, but not for a road trip.
The shower was dirty and the toilet didn't work properly. Nobody came to repair it after we complained. They also didn't seem too concerned when I mentioned the dirty shower. I would have expected a much better experience at a Hyatt resort. The location was beautiful but the hotel itself needs some updeating.
