Great staff! The girls that were working were very nice and friendly. I tried to use a coupon for a speciality sandwich and the girl said I couldn't but she would ring it up differently so I can get the cookies included! Great meatball sandwich! View all feedback.

Take the time to drive 15 minutes and they are closed atleast 50 minutes early, that's not very reliable and now iv spent money(gas) without even receiving a product or service. If your area is that slow, change your closing time. View all feedback.

I’m feeling really frustrated. I placed an online order with subway in vail and when I got there they could not make the order and refused to refund me or cancel it. Scamming me out of $21. They were not helpful in the slightest. They just snickered about how they were gonna forget the online orders because they are tried of them, and too take it up with corporate. I went home and called the store and told them I called corporate and complained and than they changed their tone and canceled it. I will never return to this location
Decided to order out tonight. Sadly, it was drenched in mustard. It literally looks like they threw the ingredients into the sandwich. Both sandwiches had the wrong bread, I paid for double meat... only 2 pieces of meat to be found. My husband's was the same way. It's disappointing to pay so much for what seemed like left overs and disregard for someones food. My best advice if you really want Subway, drive to town or go watch them make it because if you order online this is what you get. Some training really needs to be done here. When I called the girl said she apologized and was training someone ? I really hope this isn't what she is teaching her employees. I mean would you be ok spending $30+ on this ?
Update: Did an online order and it wasn't even started yet when I arrived at pick up time.Place has gone down hill since it opened. Kids never get the order right.
I live across the interstate and when I got home realized that I did not get my churro that I paid for. I'm on Disability so I don't know when I'll get back over there. ?
