Matsuhisa - Vail

We have dined at this location for several years and are usually here 2-3 times a year. We also dine at the Denver location. The service was so poor, the food and beverage manger even came to our table. His response was “we will need to address the need for more training.” Despite the poor service, there was no adjustment to our bill (and none was expected). While the food was as good as ever, we will stick with the Denver location.

We had a fantastic dining experience. We ordered the Omakase. This is a chef's choice 8 course everything was delicious, well balanced and the flavors were great! Highly recommended!

We celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary at Matsuhisa, and I 'm soooo glad we did! The food was delicious and creative. There were so many moments where we said wow , and we slowed down just to appreciate each taste. Our server Danae was super sweet and attentive. We had great wine and cocktails too. Thank you so much for a special eve!

I thought the restaurant was good! I had been to a different location before, and this one had a more energetic vibe. The service was a bit slow we sat down right after a party of 25, but I still thought that it was lacking given the price of things. The food was good I surprisingly liked the hot foods better than the sushi!
