Super impressed. Dishes were proof of a chef who absolutely rocks. The pig bell was the best dish I had in Colorado. Octopus was amazing, perfect cooking and aromas. Even the Calamari was surprising and tasty. Service quickly knowledgeable and friendly. Overall best food experience in Vail, she really hit her streak.
