What User doesn't like about La Tour Crystal Cabins:
Perfect choice to eat carefully if you have no idea whether the weather will be warm or cold. We have cold weather in May, and there was no outdoor dinner. It was grateful that we had booked a cabin. Perfect choice to eat carefully if you have no idea whether the weather will be warm or cold. We have cold weather in May, and there was no outdoor dinner. Thankfully we had booked a cabin. The food was as amazing as La Tour is always – not less of these 5 stars. The service was missing. We got the impression that our waiter was always in a hurry when he was with us. Although he was very attentive, polite, helpful and good, it was not the service I guess I would expect from a $200 meal for 2. I have made a similar experience in Vail and had a dedicated server that was only really friendly, outgoing, chatty, etc. We had 14 other tables to come?
We celebrated our jubilee and I asked flowers for the table and never happened, service was terrible, I asked the server for recommendations and he could not give me details of the menu, very inconsistent service and unprofessional, the server left all records in the table until the end, even if we're done a long time ago, there is no music in the crystal booth, WORST wasting fine food We had and will not recommend it at all. Don't come back.
This was the most expensive and worst meal I have d er had in my life. I asked for a simple grilled fish over a salad and they gave me some lettuce with over cooked fried fish and charge me $69! They also charged us 200 to sit outside in a “cabin” but never mentioned this charge before during or after the meal. It wasn’t on our bill. But then a few days later they charged us an additional 200 for this! Such a scam. Almost a 600 meal for 4 people with no booze at all. Truly terrible experience from start to finish. Do not go.
Amazing experience! Perfect way to dine out safely! The outdoor dining enclosures were great very elegant and charming, perfectly befitting a fine dining restaurant like La Tour. Even though you're not in the main dining area where servers can keep an eye on you, the service was outstanding! The food was equally outstanding. We enjoyed the experience so much we hope they continue to maintain this option even once the pandemic subsides.
Terrible seafood. Very fishy tasting. Sol was horrid. Lobster bisque was cold. Stay away.
