Nestled in an unbeatable Vail Village location, this hotel offers stunning views, spacious rooms, and a cozy, inviting atmosphere complete with convenient amenities like a coffee shop and fitness center. Guests praise the comfortable beds, heated bathroom floors, and relaxing spa services. However, several downsides include unreliable Wi-Fi, limited breakfast options, high parking fees without EV charging, and some dated room features. Staff experiences vary, with some reporting indifference. Despite these drawbacks and steep rates, the hotel’s charm, proximity to popular spots, and stylish common areas make it a popular choice for a mountain getaway.

I'd been looking forward to staying here for years- what a majestic setting on the creek with a patio fireplace and hot tubs. We came at the beginning of mud season after finding some decent off season pricing. I'm a little disappointed in what you all charge while under construction, I feel a little taken advantage of. The matresses in room 25 were not up to par. The lower level Common areas are beautiful, and the gal at the spa was quite friendly.

**Pros:** The beds are comfortable, the place is clean, and the location is great. I enjoyed the heated bathroom floors and the spa services offered. **Cons:** Unfortunately, coworking is nearly impossible due to the terrible Wi-Fi, both in the hotel and the Dryland LTE service. I ended up having to sit in my car for calls, which was quite embarrassing. While they had cookies available at the front desk, they often ran out, so there was no chance to grab more. The room had a speaker, but there was no way to plug it in due to the decorative wall panels. The staff seemed indifferent, and the parking rates increased without any prior notice ($70 for members). There’s also no EV charging available and a limited selection for breakfast. Lastly, the hot tub area felt very icy and could benefit from heat mats for safety.

This restaurant has a wonderfully cozy atmosphere, complemented by a fantastic staff and a spacious layout. We stayed in room 16, which featured two king beds and two bunk beds, allowing everyone plenty of space to spread out. The location is perfect—only a 2-3 minute walk to Golden Peak. Plus, there's a bus stop right nearby, and it's just a short stroll into the Village over the charming covered bridge.

I had been eagerly anticipating my stay at Gravity Haus Vail for years, and the stunning creekside location with a patio fireplace and hot tubs truly lived up to the hype. We visited during the early mud season, attracted by some reasonable off-season rates. However, I was a bit disappointed by the prices charged despite the ongoing construction, as it felt somewhat unfair. The mattress in room 25 didn’t meet my expectations. On a positive note, the lower-level common areas are gorgeous, and the spa attendant was very friendly.

The location is outstanding, but the room itself fell short given the high price. At nearly $600 a night, I anticipated more amenities; for example, there were no device charging docks, which is a standard feature in most Marriott hotels. Furthermore, the elevator only serviced the parking garage and didn’t provide direct access from the street at the entrance, which meant guests had to carry their luggage up the stairs. On a positive note, the views from the room were spectacular, and the location is truly unbeatable.
