Pizzeria Paterno - VAGLIA

We stayed at Albergo for 3 nights and had 2 dinners at the restaurant. The staff is extremely friendly. The rooms are comfortable, charming and beautiful. One important thing, however, is that the shower water was not too warm, which was a pity because it is the only negative point for an otherwise excellent stay. The food in the restaurant is amazing: from pizza and pasta to meat we found it incredibly delicious. Everyone was friendly and friendly, so overall we had an excellent time and would come back.

I love the food over there, nice service and good sleep in a village house. We stayed for 1 night and had dinner / breakfast.

We went to lunch on Sunday, May 1. Clouded day, unpredictable, lightened by food, kindness and authenticity! It's been a while since we ate so well. Only a few dishes, but perfect. Homemade Pappardella, drawn to perfection, tender and seasoned with very soft wild boar. Ad-hoc Steak, cooked very well and delicious. Soaked potatoes with mouth-watered wood-burning grills. Appetizers and desserts not to exaggerate! A white chocolate made mousse with salted caramel never tasted. House wine also very good. Excellent price quality. You have a beautiful garden on the river that we cannot wait to try with a beautiful summer pizza. Superowner, don't underestimate the soundtrack... I recommend it. In short, you expect nothing from a cloudy Sunday, then go to the paternal office and the day will remember. Very recommended!
