Breakfast and lunch is usually busy. No dinner service as they close at 3:00 p.m. Flour tortillas were warm and fluffy. Chips were warm and crisp. The salsa for the chips was so so. Menudo is good but sometimes could be a little warmer. Hamburgers are good but their fries were hohum. (I think their oil wasn't hot enough). Not a bad place to eat considering the limited choices available in Uvalde.

You will wait 45-60 minutes for you food to come out. In the meantime, you need to yell for a waitress if you want a refill or anything else because they do not check on you. Seriously, in San Antonio this service will put you out of business.
