My Husband Whopper was cold We always order a special burger that way I know it comes out fresh we only ordered mayo, lettuce, and pickles and I ordered the original chicken sandwich with mayo, lettuce, mustard, and onions. The male on my sandwich was old like they had that burger sitting there for a bit, and they added the ingredients and it was cold and the bread. The bottom bun was hard and I called him and I called him and I called him and no one answered, and I didn’t even get a receipt. Did not give me a receipt. Proof of my purchase the only thing I have is the order receipt that came tagged on the bag and I asked My Husband how’s your whopper? He’s like it’s cold. The food was cold. I live down the street a block away so there’s no reason for our food to be cold.
We stopped by here on our way home from a vacation in big bend for some supper and found ourselves in the midst of another very irate customer who was being quite confrontational with the staff. The entire staff remained professional in the face of an impossible situation, prepared our food quickly and accurately and I cannot express enough how much our family emphasize with all the staff working there last night.Thank you so much to everyone there for doing what you do and doing it well.
I wish I could give zero stars. My order is consistently incorrect, and the meat tastes artificial, almost like cardboard (specifically the white beef). They even tried to overcharge me by $20 for something I didn’t order. The manager is incredibly rude, and it’s upsetting to see how she treats her employees; they seem genuinely unhappy. They really need to return to the previous meat they used to offer and hire management that treats their staff with respect and dignity.
