What fantastic human beings Jose and Ruben are, I can't praise them enough, We were travelling from Bilbao to Javea and got trapped for 3 days in Utiel during t... read more What fantastic human beings Jose and Ruben are, I can't praise them enough, We were travelling from Bilbao to Javea and got trapped for 3 days in Utiel during the floods, they did everything they could to help us and even came with me searching when I got separated from my daughter, they then took us in their car to search for our abandoned car (which we managed to save) and they even escorted us to the rescue centre, they managed to find us an apartment for the second night, we ate in the restaurant each day and night and truly enjoyed everything we had. We were extremely lucky and my heart goes out to all the families of the dead missing. Phil King
