This is a very busy location yet there is great customer service. They really try to be attentive to each customer seem to be familiar with most people. Associate Dee was texting on his phone the entire time he rang out my transaction, including while I stood at the counter waiting for him to start ringing me out. Not surprising at this point because pretty much every time I come to this location and go inside, I’m disappointed by the service provided by all associates, including the manager. Marwan and mikayla and peggy are the best morning crew , every morning our work crew come in and that’s at least 20 people they have to help and they do it quickly and efficiently with a smile
Needs new management in this location, went in for a breakfast sandwich place was filthy and manager was on his phone at front counter. Asked him to make me a breakfast sandwich as there wasn't any left, he mumbled something as he walked to the back. Came out with no help as the line formed almost to the door. He gave me a look I put my stuff down and walked out going to another place for breakfast. Definitely will be going to the sout utica one when it opens.
Hire more workers. Waited 10 minutes in line for a coffee while the cashier made 5 milkshakes. This is why I go to Byrne Dairy now.
