When they say juicy burgers, they aren't kidding! The burgers were amazing! The oreo milkshake was delicious, the chicken sandwich was tasty, everything was great! The only thing I have a small complaint about is that the honey mustard was a bit too watery for my liking, but overall, everything was excellent! I was impressed and will definitely be coming back! For the first time a few days to dinner. the burgers and the hulls were delicious, but the wobble rings were a big hit with my family. in any case a new one to place for a fast meal.
The location is very convenient for me. I've eaten here about 3 times a month for the last 3 months. The menu is pretty basic which makes it easy and quick most days. The food is good. The Rick's sauce adds that extra it needs to help stand out. The service and food quality is consistent. The prices are a bit high IMO so hopefully they pay the staff good.
I've been wanting to try them for a while, and was absolutley not disappointed. The burgers were fantastic, down to the perfectly sliced tomato perfect leaf of lettuce. I will say that they could be a little but bigger in relation to the price, but they are quality. Looking forward to trying other menu items. Tenders were fantastic as well. Rick's Sauce is amazing... (when the staff remembers to include it
Great atmosphere, clean and really good food. Also the workers were courteous.
Everything is fantastic, and the food is always consistent. On Fridays, when my wife and I are done with work we always look forward to meeting at Rick's for our cheat meal. The entire staff is very friendly, from the cashier right down to the cooks in the back. We've had the privilege of chatting with the manager on more occasion than one, as she always recognizes us when we stop by. 100% would recommend the double burger, an order of chili cheese fries and the chocolate shakes are absolutely outrageous. So happy to have this hidden gem here in Utica.
