Original and refined dishes, a very high-level cuisine that is of excellent quality, originality and price. A beautiful room decorated with taste. A warm service with a discreet musical atmosphere. A chef-owner who has a confirmed international experience and has been able to adapt it to local tradition cuisine. A beautiful discovery of the Adour between the Basque and Irish countries.
