It's a typical, authentic house with a large dining room and antique decor, featuring stone floors typical of the region. The food is absolutely delicious, with wonderful culinary discoveries. What can I say about this restaurant in the setting of a traditional country inn, which I believe deserves to be better known and should not be missed under any... read more What can I say about this restaurant in the setting of a traditional country inn, which I believe deserves to be better known and should not be missed under any circumstances if you are in the area? First, the welcome: reservation 15 minutes in advance. Then, the thoughtful touches: for the ladies, a handbag with a small step stool provided; coloring books for the little nieces; a waitress with a Spanish accent who transports you just by speaking to you; a waiter who is attentive to your requests; and an approachable chef who comes out of the kitchen to chat with the customers. And then, what can I say about the cuisine, which is highly refined and meticulously crafted from the amuse-bouche to the dessert? In short, a truly wonderful culinary experience. A thousand thanks! You could tell the meal was conceived as a complete experience, where each dish flowed into and complemented the others—something we greatly appreciated. Bravo to the chef!
