Fish and chips are very oily to much grease for me I cannot find one decent Fish N Chip shop in Hervey Bay that don't serve greasy fish and chips very disappointing.

If I had had that alone, I would have given a rating of excellent. However, I also ordered two potato cakes/scallops and they were terrible. They were tiny little things with wafer thing potato and heaps of batter and were dripping in oil. Never again! Having said that, there doesn't seem to be anywhere in Hervey Bay that does a good potato cake...The outdoor seating directly across from the Scarness beach makes it a lovely spot to sit and eat and has brought my rating back up from average to very good.
