However, I found it uninviting inside, as all the chairs were turned upside down on the tables despite it being midday. The service was just okay—not very friendly. I ordered a hot latte but received iced coffee instead, and the staff barely made eye contact or spoke while taking my order. I love Dunkin' coffee, but I might skip this location next time in favor of a more welcoming atmosphere elsewhere.

There's been a persistent inconsistency with the drinks—sometimes they're made correctly, and other times they lack any flavor at all. Today's experience was the worst yet. I specifically ordered a toasted white chocolate iced latte, but they handed me a regular one instead. The girl at the drive-thru had an attitude as well. I would have gone inside to resolve the issue, but she didn't provide me with a receipt. It's important to ensure that drinks are made correctly, especially since people are paying for them. Please improve your service.
