Dunkin' - Upperco

Comes down to the service in my opinion. Was told that they did not have caramel when asked for a caramel latte. Then ordered a other drink, didn 't have french vanilla. Asked what flavors they do have; employee told us they have salted caramel . Wouldn 't you think that an employee would suggest since they don 't have caramel, how about salted caramel??? Where is the customer service at ?? Damn.

Nice location, easy in and out with hood parking and a drive through. Inside all the chairs were upside down to table tops even though it was the middle of the day so that was off-putting, and the service was marginally ok. Not very friendly, gave me iced coffee when I ordered a hot latte, barely made eye contact and hardly spoke to me while taking my order. Love DD coffee but might drive past this one next time and hope for a more welcoming environment at another location.

This Dunkin is fabulous! The staff are always so kinda and make delicious beverages!! I go to this dunkin' at least 3 times a week, and I am never disappointed.

Don’t get their sweet tea it’s always old and sour, even when you ask for new they will tell you it’s just been brewed when it clearly hasn’t and has old particles floating in it. They kept giving me sour sweet tea and i finally gave up. DONT GET THE TEA
