Went inside to order my donuts because 1 guest inside, 5 cars in drive-through.Saw the donuts I want sold to drive-thru customers due to slow cashier service. N... read more Went inside to order my donuts because 1 guest inside, 5 cars in drive-through.Saw the donuts I want sold to drive-thru customers due to slow cashier service. No back up donuts on hand.I got out of my vehicle to go in to the storefront for quicker, better service. Again, there was no line inside. Will not revisit a store that doesn’t prioritize the transactions in a meaningful way.

So, I ordered a different drink but found ou... read more In my opinion, it all comes down to the service. I asked for a caramel latte and was told they didn't have caramel. So, I ordered a different drink but found out they also didn't have French vanilla. When I inquired about their available flavors, the employee mentioned they had salted caramel. Wouldn't it make sense for them to suggest salted caramel since they didn’t have regular caramel? Where’s the customer service in all of this? It's quite disappointing.
