Notably, a flooded restroom forced the closure of facilities, leading to confusion over order pickup protocols. The implementation of a click-and-collect service, meant to expedite the process, fell short as preparation only began upon arrival, defeating its purpose. Despite commendable service from some employees, the overall experience demands improvements in organization and customer engagement.

I give a five-star rating to Thomas! He’s absolutely the best! We always receive everything we ask for, and it’s done quickly. If he’s not working, you can expect to wait longer. The young girl often apologizes for the delay, but it’s clear she moves at a slower pace. Things can sometimes feel a bit chaotic; I think implementing better routines would help things run more efficiently.
The restroom was flooded, so it was closed off in the dining area, which I understand. The sign at the door instructed us to use the drive-thru, so we did. However, we ended up waiting 20 minutes in line only to find out we had to go inside to pick up our order. It would be helpful in the future if this information were clearly stated at the top of the sign.
I placed a click-and-collect order to avoid waiting in line, but when I arrived at the scheduled pickup time, there was still a long queue at the pickup counter. After waiting for 10 minutes past my designated time, I approached the cashier to inquire about my order. To my surprise, they informed me that they don't start preparing orders until the customer arrives. This completely defeats the purpose of the click-and-collect service. I ended up waiting another 10 minutes for them to prepare my order while they continued to serve other customers.
If I couldn't give you a star, I would. the service, the food and the employment of the employees were so anxious, I can really not give them the advantage of the doubt. the delivery takes over 2 hours to deliver (if it is even delivered and we are not waiting sick from waiting and just went to pick it up) and we live a 7-minute drive away, do they care to explain yo? because from what I saw today with my own eyes, it was that there were more than enough supplies and that half of the staff stood to do nothing. I don't know if they're trying to make the experience as miserable as they can, but they should really try harder. the best part! they don't even get the order right ever. you are the worst and I can't even explain how bad there is no word for it.
Worst delivery ever!! Half of the items were missing. Paid for Aioli didn’t receive any! There was no drink no serviettes , no spoons. Supercharge twister was more of a slider with very old chicken strips in them!! Will never recommend a delivery!! Very very disappointing! They don’t bother to answer when called for around 4 times
