I have used the bathroom multiple times at other locations without having to purchase anything. She proceeds to tell me I have to buy something (news alert I was going to). I told her I’m buying something but the line is long. She said I have to wait through that line. No empathy or compassion nothing just treated like a potty trained or a dog. This is not how you treat another human being. But that’s just me. My food is obviously ok but this lady is not it

I had the same order from the B... read more I’m only giving this place 2 stars because the people who prepped my food and rang me up were nice . However the food was trash. I had the same order from the Baltimore Ave location on Friday and it was great. Everything was fresh and importantly the meat was juicy and tender! Idk wasup with this location but the chicken and carne asada are extremely dry which completely ruined my meal. I was here a few months ago and had the same issue with the chicken. I definitely won’t be back. Plus the dining room was a mess. They had more than enough people to sweep up and wipe down the tables.
