I've visited this Wendy's location multiple times, and I can't help but notice that their service consistently lags behind other fast-food drive-throughs I've b... read more I've visited this Wendy's location multiple times, and I can't help but notice that their service consistently lags behind other fast-food drive-throughs I've been to. I'm not sure why, but each visit seems to result in frustratingly long wait times. It's a bummer because I love Wendy's food, but the slow service at this particular location can get frustrating if in a hurry. Hopefully, they can address these issues in the future, as it would really improve their overall dining experience.

Didn't know they had a 1 1/2 star rating but know why! My husband ordered a double with cheese plain. He gets home, opens the wrapper and there is the bottom bun and 1 hamburger patty with 2 pieces of cheese. He takes it back and the lady at the counter tells him the lady that made it doesn't speak good English! That's her excuse for wrapping up 1/2 a hamburger? And they're going to pay her $20 an hour? What the HELL! Sorry I didn't take a photo. He was pissed and left too quick.
