As a resident of Redlands, I was thrilled to hear they were opening closer to me! I've been eager to try their birria ramen ever since I discovered their Instagram page. Naturally, I ordered the birria ramen and a birria torta just for myself, but I couldn't finish everything, so my husband will have a nice treat when he gets home! I definitely recommend this vegan Mexican food spot!

My mom enjoyed the birria plate with incredible jackfruit, and I opted for the taco plate filled with jackfruit, chorizo, and mushrooms. Each dish was packed with flavor, perfectly seasoned with a hint of spice, and the servings were very generous. I can’t wait to come back and try more items! Their hours are currently Monday and Tuesday from 4 PM to 8 PM, and Thursday from 12 PM to 8 PM. Living in Redlands, I was thrilled to hear they were opening closer to me! I've been eager to try their birria ramen ever since I came across their Instagram page. So, I ordered the birria ramen and the birria torta just for myself, but I couldn't finish it all. Thankfully, my husband will have a nice surprise when he gets home, haha! I highly recommend this vegan Mexican food spot!

I... read more The tacos were absolutely delicious and completely vegan! I tried the jackfruit, chorizo, and asada, and all of them were packed with flavor and really tasty. I definitely plan to return the next time I'm in the Upland area. One downside, though—the music was a bit too loud.
