Ok, you may not expect this necessarily here, but I did not had a better filet steak anywhere else for a long time. The meat was absolutely tender and flavourful at the same time. The price is high, the meat fairly small but the quality speaks for itself. My wife had the egli-filets and my mother chose the lamb filet, both were cooked nice too. We came here at a Sunday for lunch. The employees were extremely nice and polite and generally just pleasant to talk to. The meat tasted amazing. We'll definitely be coming back.
We ate on Sunday evening at the Drei Eidgenossen restaurant. It was excellent as always. The best game dishes are served here. Fresh from the region. A must for fans of game specialties extremely tasty.
Sowohl das Essen der Service aber auch die Ambience waren erneut hervorragend Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch die Flexibilität Suppe ohne Mark (billigerer Preis)
Ich und meine Frau sind beides Gastronomen und besuchen regelmässig zusammen Restaurants in der ganzen Schweiz. Das Drei Eidgenossen in Brittern können wir wärmstens empfehlen. Der Chef steht am Herd, kommt auch mal an den Tisch um zu fragen ob alles in Ordnung ist. Die Chefin serviert aufmerksam und hat uns empfangen, wir hatten uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Die Qualität des lokalen Rehfleisches (Ich hatte Schnitzel von der Huft) waren perfekt! Das Entrecote super gelagert, saignant wie bestellt.Wir kommen bald wieder!
Sowohl das Essen, der Service und die Ambience waren ausgezeichnet. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und kommen sicher wieder.
