We were able to enjoy lunch in the restaurant as part of a watchmaking course, which is one of the top 3 ever in our personal ranking. The simply perfect service rounded the whole thing off. It's hard to describe the quality, you have to experience it to be believed. Of course, such pleasures are not free, but they are worth every franc. Thank you for that. View all feedback.

Maison Wenger is a fantastic restaurant in the Jura region of Switzerland. The restaurant is helmed by Jeremy Desbraux whose skills are clearly demonstrated in every plate of food that is served. My favourite dish in the menu that I had was a carrot dish that brought an immediate smile to my face when it was presented. I am always impressed by chefs that manage to transform humble ingredients especially vegetables and make them the star on the plate. Service was very warm and friendly. The assistant sommelier Clement was exceptionally helpful and made the overall meal even more enjoyable.
Still as good, you have to try hunting. This address is worth the detour. Each visit is a pleasure. Too bad I can't come more often.
Very good meal, good flavors of the region, with a little too much salt in the sauces. The cooking of the scallops was unsuccessful. But where I was shocked: the glass of white wine at......20chf. Why: a glass of little Arvine??? The staff is magnificent, they know how to do their job to perfection, the sommelier is friendly and efficient. The chef is unheard of.
Eigentlich ist es eine kleine Sensation, dass dieses Restaurant seine Pforten für maximal zehn Hotelgäste öffnet und den ganz grossen Zauber anwirft. Mitten in den Pandemie-Restriktionen konnten wir hier als Übernachtunsgäste ein fantastisches Menu-Degustation geniessen.Die Speisen waren optisch und geschmacklich hervorragend. Jeder Gang ein kleines Kunstwerk. Die dazu vom Somelier ausgesuchten begleitenden Weine haben perfekt zum jeweiligen Gericht gepasst. Der Service war aufmerksam und zuvorkommend und das alles für eine kleine Gesellschaft. Nach dem opulenten Mahl haben wir in unserem schönen Zimmer bestens genächtigt und am nächsten Morgen ein feines Frühstück genossen. Ein herrlicher Gourmet-Kurzurlaub.
