Christo's Palace - United States

We stayed in Seward in the winter, and ended up visiting Christo's during our stay. At first glance it was a nice place, but with a little time it became evident that there was not much attention paid to the decor. However, the atmosphere was still pleasant The menu is overly large, and could do with some trimming; the prices are a tad high, but considering Seward is a tourist town most of the year that's understandable. The food was good, but not particularly spectacular; we took our leftovers, but don't want to learn the recipes Service was good, but a little slow at first.

Great breakfast food. Not this quick cheap institutionalized food either, it was quality and reminded me of homemade food. Much better than expected given the price. Service was wonderful as well. I felt very welcome.

This is one of my favorite places to eat. The food and service is amazing. The bacon cheese buger is so good and they will put the fries on a separate plate for you. The pizza is so good! They deliver it as well! So of we can't get away for lunch they bring it to us.

Service was horrible. We had to ask for refills with water and it took minutes for a hot tea order to make it to the table. (We were of parties in the dining area) Took over an hour for food to arrive and when it arrived, it was cold. I expect high prices in Seward.....but I also expect for the food to be good.

Try their buffalo chicken pizza. It is considerably the best buffalo pizza in Alaska. Place is really dark, but is made up for in the great food. Salad is delicious and breadsticks are amazing! Staff is always friendly too!
