Went for a quick bite to catch the end of the game. Plenty of seating and not too loud. My wings were kind of dry and the rest of the food wasn't terrible but it wasn't great, it was just fine and did the job for a quick day date. View all feedback.
What McKenzie Roberts doesn't like about Wings And Rings:
The food is good but good luck trying to get your waitress's attention. You could be waiting from 30 minutes to an hour for just a drink. The last time I was here a waiter spilled a whole drink on a baby while she was in the car seat. You wait over an hour for an appetizer and food while it's a ghost town in there. The staff is nice just not sufficient, very disappointed. View all feedback.
The smoked wings were awesome. Better than I thought was possible. Good job ?.

The worst restaurant in union. Terrible food and the worst customer service in the
This place is, at most, 5 years old at this point (I think 4). Visiting it though, you’d assume that this place has been declining for decades.TVs losing color, booths worn down, broken changing tables in both bathrooms, and cheap soap dispensers that barely work. That’s just the facility though. In the past 4 visits, they have messed up our orders all 4 times. Refills don’t exist but they won’t hesitate to charge you $2.99 per carbonated water. The servers take your orders and just disappear. We have never heard from a manager in all of our visits which leads me to think this is purely a management issue. When staff is lacking, you can always look at the top to see who is setting the lazy work mentality. My wife and I have both served and industry standard is that the manager does their best to touch every table. In every instance that a server has needed manager assistance, they disappear 5+ minutes because you can only assume the manager is in the back and not on the floor. This was our last chance with this place. No wonder they were dead at 12pm on a Saturday in the middle of college football season.I’ve been to countless locations of this chain and this one isn’t even on the same playing field as the other locations.
