Starbucks - Union

Well my order was incorrect instead of white hot chocolate with whip cream I was given white mocha iced coffee with whip cream. That turned out to be a secret blessing because I used a free giftcard and they were out of small cups so I had a medium size for no extra charge. The accidental replacement was delicious. I also ordered the Impossible Breakfast Sandwich, my first plant based impossible meat and I must say I was impressed. Great replacement to standard meat. It was served hot and the bread used was of very good quality. The employees worked the front counter and drive through pretty effectively and the wait was not long. Thanks for the upgrade. ????

I love this Starbucks because it?s close to work. But they move very slow. It wasn?t always like this but I sat in the drive through from 8:45-9:05 so 20 minutes and that?s with me ordering ahead. The staff is always pleasant but the wait time is crazy.

If they had 1/4 starts id give them a third of that. Laziest slowest people I've ever seen in a Starbucks. Not the usual Starbucks where employees are upbeat enthusiastic and ready to help and serve. They need new management ASAP. Enough said !!!!

Horrendous drive through sept up and service. Takes absolutely forever. I?ve made the mistake of coming here twice through the drive through, trying to simply pick up my mobile order. I?ve waited at least 10+ minutes each time just to get to the speaker to say my name for pick up. I had time to sign into google and write this review while waiting. The area around here is packed because of Kean University and a large apartment complex. The parking lot is awful to navigate also. I would recommend against the drive through if you don?t want to be late to anywhere you may be going.

It?s gotta be the most comfortable cool Starbucks I?ve ever been to plenty of seating super clean and super friendly staff!!
