My friend and I went for Sunday lunch, and the usual chef was away. We ordered the beef roast. As much as the meal went, the beef was lovely, plentiful. The roast potatoes were the size of the top of my thumb, and 5 of them ! Vegetables were delicious, sprouting broccoli and carrots. The Yorkshire pudding was OK. But, no mash, no boiled.
