The serves are huge so, although the prices aren't that low, you can get great value if you want a lot of food. I was pretty impressed with the bakmi goreng, with lots of tasty meat and a good flavour except for lots and lots of salt (glad I got the spicy version to overwhelm the salt a little). What Steve D doesn't like about Lestari Resto:
First impressions of this establishment were not good. The upstairs sit down area had the ambiance of a third world factory canteen. My friend ordered a stir fry which looked quite good, but he said was fairly oily. I ordered chili and soy chicken with rice. It was supposed to be chicken breast but what I received was obviously reheated boiled rice that was crunchy and the chicken breast was worryingly small bones wi... View all feedback.
Lestari is the best restaurant in the world. this long-term ultimo institution is a little hidden at the end of a runway of harris street that adds to its mystique. the spacious interieur has a cool decor, and it is a great place to go with a band of friends, work colleagues or related. it is guided by a really beautiful family, and eating is really amazing. the nasi goreng is one of the highlights, but everything is delicious.
My favorite restaurant in Indonesian. I have been here for years and recommended friends and family, and they all loved it (and they also recommended their friends colleagues, I also have discovered a very famous indo cooking here! these are my favorites: nasi goreng jawa, bakmi goreng pork mie babi Panggang/Grilled pork noodle. they can choose their spicy level or their homemade sambal and chili on the side they do not supply or participate in food-supplier apps, which means they eat or take there, but it means that they know their food quality would always be tops! and very occasionally they could close without reading more.
The serviettes are huge, although the prices are not so low, they can get a great value if they want a lot of food. I was quite impressed by the bacmi goreng, with plenty of delicious meat and a good taste except for much and much salt (glad I the spicy version to overwhelm the salt a little).
Minutes to foot, meals, saved. a delightful Indonesian food was thrown away in the heart of ultimo. my first review is a bit of a chaos and not even from my western sydney home series. I also forgot enough notes and photos. Instead, I chased down with pen and camera, a good sign. but we still go.
Food is great but why nooo tofu??? Plus now they are not giving tofu and still increased the price ! The lady on the counter could be more friendly.
