If you're in a hurry or just want to take away your food and eat it on some other place then this is place for you.
I purchased a deal off Groupon for this place and I was so impressed! <br/ <br/ I had rice and two curries, a small salad, a caramel slice and chai pot. Let’s start with the serving sizes, this place is super generous so if you’re hungry... this is the place to go. The curries were great as well, not too oily, flavoursome... generally, what homemade style curries taste like! The pumpkin salad was okay; it didn’t have much flavour but it was a good balance for the curry. The caramel slice. Now the caramel slice was AMAZING. The chocolate on top was super thick, the slice was the perfect sweetness highly recommend. The chai pot.. definitely get that too! I love it; probably the best chai I’ve had! <br/ <br/ The place is a little small so during peak hours, you may have to share tables or there just won’t be enough tables. I think it’s only a small team running this place so sometimes, plates will be left on the tables for a while and they wouldn’t be wiped down thoroughly. Utensils also need more thorough clean. Nevertheless, the staff are efficient and friendly! Oh and the prices are very very reasonable!
I have been to this restaurant two days in a row and I must admit, the samosas and kachori are really delicious. They serve pure vegetarian food at reasonable prices. Although their lunch options are limited, it is definitely worth visiting. I plan to come back again to try their masala tea.
