The food appeared to have been made in advance. The schnitzel I ordered was disappointingly small and not up to par for a German restaurant. My beer order was also forgotten. The waitress was not knowledgeable about the menu and did not offer any suggestions. I do not plan on returning to this restaurant.

Essen has always been a family favourite because of the delicious selection of Bavarian cuisine. It's also a good dinner date location because of it's ambience.We ordered the tasting platter and were treated to a delicious selection of everything! Loved the sausages and that glorious piece of pork crackling. For dessert, we could not miss the apple strudel.Thank you to the staff who ensured that we were comfortable throughout our meal.
