The inconspicuous cottage in the Old Town of Ulmer hides a very cosy and stylish ambience with excellent service and regional cuisine with modern twist. I had the 5 courses with the appropriate wine tasting and was completely happy both tastefully and from the crowd. Especially the fish with cauliflower, the appetizer (leach trout in the cucumber coat with apple and dilldressing) and the rust roast were absolutely delicious. Anyone who wants to experience something special or invite you to this is in the right hands.
