Despite heavy rain, I decided to make the journey on my scooter to try the Chef's creations. The Chef puts his heart into every dish, making his own cheeses and home-baked bread. I was delighted when the Chef also sent out small portions of other dishes and a cheese plate not listed on the menu. The starters were a delight, with perfectly paired flavors like stock and salmon, marinated meat with truffle-infused potato puree, and a crispy, spiced pig dish. The dessert was a surprising mix of smoky, fresh, sweet, nutty, and crunchy flavors, but the real highlight was the accompaniments that came with the coffee. This experience at Bouchery was truly special and worth every penny spent. I won't hesitate to return, as my dining experience was nothing short of a love affair.
