I simply asked for a sandwich without bread, and the girl behind the counter completely embarrassed me. I wish she had been more understanding, especially considering my dietary restrictions. The salad they served was good, but the service really brought my mood down. It would be great if the staff could be trained to be more aware of dietary restrictions and provide better information, rather than making customers feel foolish.

The di... read more The food was decent, but the noise from the machines behind the counter was so loud that I had to repeat my order several times for the staff to hear me. The dining area was quite unclean, with dried food splatters on the tables and benches that seemed to have been there for a long time, not to mention the mess on the walls. Additionally, my sister found a piece of chicken cartilage and some deli meat in her protein bowl. However, I don't think this was the staff's fault, as they did change their gloves between making our sandwiches and the protein bowl, so it seems like the deli meat might have been mixed in with the other meats already. On top of that, there was a booger on the wall near the bench closest to the drink fountain.

When I reques... read more Terrible customer service! The staff seemed to be avoiding customers. After a long wait, someone finally came out and asked if we needed anything. When I requested to order sandwiches, he rolled his eyes and went back to hiding in the back. Frustrated, I left and went to the Subway on Perkins Street, where I was promptly served with a smile. I won’t be returning to this place!
