Was Anna Webb at Oco Time a mag?
This is my favorite restaurant in town! The only downside is the limited seating and the fact that they don't accept reservations. I recommend calling ahead to check availability. Service: Dine-in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 View all feedback.

What John Ma dislikes about Oco Time:
It's a fairly good Japanese restaurant in town, though not the best. The prices are a bit on the high side. The atmosphere and service are decent, but the quality of the food is just average. I'm unsure why they don't serve rice with the bento. Also, I don't remember seeing any ramen or udon on the menu. View all feedback.

The Oco time belongs to a beautiful couple originally from japan. it took several years and many fights to create the beautiful, inviting space they have now for the community. the Oco time is not only an artistic experience, but also feeds the soul and the bauch.

I wasn't on another sushi spot that has a whole page only for vegan sushi and side! if I want sushi, I'm going to Oco time! her vegan sushi is not only a gurke or avocado roll like most sushi restaurants offer. the rolls are very kreatiw and use them good quality ingredients and taste amazing! my aim is always the spicy vege roll or kameko roll or an iniri from the vegan menu. for a quick bite has oco time a load right next to its building called it time dig n’ go! they have a list on the side of the refrigerators that contain information about everything they use and it is all clearly marked! tons of vegan option in the dig n go as in the restaurant down.

The best sushi I had. great options for vegans. the vegan sushi is also characterized as a vegan, which makes it easy to see and grab without indexes or disturbing staff. my favorites are the cashew reels and spicy veggie reels. it is beautiful, vegan options besides the standard veggie and avocado roll. I would rate it 5 stars if happy cow allowed!

BEWARE!! The prices Oco shows on Google Maps are wrong. A 9 piece sashimi plate is shown as $16, but I was charged $21, that's almost a 30% increase. The hamachi kama jumped from $18 to $25. That's an almost 50% increase! WOW! My bill got jacked up to $150.33, before tip. The hamachi kama was nigh upon excellent, spiced to perfection, no additional sauce needed. The hamachi kama was slightly overcooked, rendering the flesh a bit hard and dry, requiring a little moistening soy sauce. I make my own sashimi sauce, regular and low sodium soy sauce based, with hints of sesame oil and Sriracha sauce, so plain soy sauce was a little underwhelming. And to compound the errors Oco gave no wassabi, and just a couple of napkins. The ahi sashimi was beautiful, translucent, without the slightest hint of connective tissue or blood. Sadly the texture was a little pasty and the ahi was devoid of that characteristic rich flavour. The salmon was peach-orange, rich and creamy, but lacking that latent sweetness that makes you think of candy with each bite of salmon. The seared albacore was OK, nothing to write home about. A little wassabi might have rescued it. The smoked salmon was quite good, but not my thing. I am partial gravad lax, no smoke required, so I found this smoked salmon a bit jarring. I think that with a little palate education, and an accompanying glass of warm saki, I might come to enjoy smoked salmon. I was curious as to how a fish as oily as mackerel might work as sashimi ... it did not work for me. It was rock hard, generally tasteless with a strong medicinal-chemical undertone. To my mind there are better and more appropriate uses for mackerel. Recommendation: AVOID, overpriced hit or miss dishes. Failure to provide wassabi is unforgivable. Price per person: $100+ Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Dropped in for late lunch. Tried to get pricing and availability for California roll, but server didn't really get it! Ordered Miso soup to start and it smelled off, had a big sip, had an immediate reaction in my gut to the soup. Don't recommend. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
