This is 3 rd time since reopening that we have had a bad experience. We ordered a pizza that had pineapple and it had so little pineapple that several pieces had none. We ordered 2 large pizzas and I asked for a lot of Parmesan and they gave me 4 packets?? Huh?? Considering it is the most expensive pizza in town, I expect better.
The service was outstanding! We received our order incredibly quickly, and the staff were all very friendly. Naturally, the food was fantastic as well!
The manager, Sascha K., is fantastic—friendly and helpful. He understands my language and speaks German, Portuguese, and English, among others. I have no trouble placing my order in English.
I will never go back to Round Table Pizza. I tried to order online but their site wasn 't working again. So no coupons. Next, when I called in my order I told them I had a $25 gift card that I wanted to use. They said it wouldn 't be a problem. It was from Round Table Pizza in Ukiah! However, when my wife got there to pick up the pizza they said they couldn 't accept it. That is illegal in California. You can 't deny gift cards that you sell. This place is a complete ripoff. Their pizzas are way too expensive and they aren 't very good. I wanted to give them another try, but never again. I will not go back. The service was good. They were prompt with our order. It was quiet, ahd comfortable. The food was lacking s bit. Pizza was a bit too crispy, and the mozzarella sticks were difficult to chew. The jalapeno poppers for good though. Price per person: $30–50 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
