Upon entering told if another 3 minutes we wouldn't be getting a booth we'd be seated in the middle, why anyone would think that's an appropriate way to greet a customer who had booked in advance. Booths are tiny, tables low little room to move and uncomfortable. Was given bill whilst eating our meal. Plates left and not cleared. Food was good but overpriced. Waitress staff need trained in customer service. No one seemed to be overseeing front of house. More of a fast food. Put off returning due to staff bad attitude. Bizarre experience all round...

We like spicy dishes so w... read more Sorry, it just wasn't great. Tempura was just Chicken balls from your local Chinese. That's not the correct batter to use for Tempura. We like spicy dishes so we order the volcano heat ones and there was zero heat and basically got very salty sweet and sour chicken instead. The soup broth was also very salty and more like a vegetable soup than a Japanese tonkatsu. The prices are much higher than Japanese restaurants in Glasgow City center and I'm just not sure you can justify that. The staff were very nice which was a saving grace.
