Was there yesterday for a Hyundai gathering and was really pleased with the Piltdown Man, really nice food and location with friendly staff
Not sure why it's not more popular. It feels as though if more people ate here they could afford to up the service. Still if you want to eat a pretty decent roast in a quiet atmosphere this is the pub for you.
Nice drinks and tasty food. This pub has great parking lots of space and easy access. There indoor and outdoor seating available. I attend here for Ford Rs owners club sometimes so added a few photos of this. Would recommend
Had a love early evening meal with our son and dog, food really tasty and friendly, accommodating staff!
We had a wonderful evening at this restaurant. The food was delightful, particularly the home-smoked dishes, which were outstanding. The atmosphere was excellent—very calming and inviting. Thank you for making our visit so memorable for both of us.
