The food, which was... read more We visited this restaurant for dinner during our stay at a nearby hotel. We were seated promptly and our drink orders were taken right away. The food, which was classic Thai cuisine, was delicious (we especially enjoyed the yellow curry, a dish that is often underrated but that we love). Although there was a mix-up with one of our side orders, it was quickly corrected within 5 minutes thanks to the swift service. Overall, we can't find any faults with this restaurant. It is a very respectable establishment.

Upon arrival, we... read more We met up with friends for lunch at this restaurant, which was chosen as a midpoint between our locations. It turned out to be a great choice. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and seated at our table. We had the option of choosing from the lunch menu or ordering a la carte, and we all opted for the lunchtime special. Before our meals arrived, we enjoyed some prawn crackers with chili dip. The sound of sizzling woks in the background added to the anticipation. For starters, three of us ordered the chicken satay while my husband chose the fried tiger prawns. For main courses, two of us had oyster beef with rice, one had tad pai chicken, and I ordered the Singapore noodles with king prawns. We finished our meal with some delicious ice cream for dessert. We shared a bottle of Pinot Grigio and also had tap water. Each dish was beautifully presented, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. Every plate was left clean, a testament to how much we enjoyed the meal. Our waitress was friendly, helpful, and attentive without being intrusive. Overall, we felt that the lunch was excellent value for money. Thank you to everyone for a fantastic dining experience.

I took my wife there a couple of weeks ago after a busy week to celebrate her achievements. We indeed told the owner that we think it’s one of the best Thai restaurants that we have eaten at. However the meal that we then had can only be described as terrible every single dish without a doubt had been in my opinion cook chilled bought it a wholesale warehouse heated up and served. There was absolutely nothing about the meal that gave one any sense that the cooking have been done on site. It was such a disappointment At the end of the meal the owner asked us if we enjoyed ourselves and we regrettably had to be honest to say that we didn’t and also whether they had a new chef because the quality food went from excellent to frankly unpalatable. The owner said that he thought the current chef which was indeed a new chef was better than the previous chef. Normally when a customer is dissatisfied a gesture is forthcoming but in this case utterly nothing this was the last time we will ever eat at this restaurant Absolutely shocking and I would avoid and tell everyone I know to avoid this restaurant at all costs

After deliberation, I suggested Thai Terre as we could walk there from home and had only been in there once previously so it was time to try again. We ordered the mixed starters, then I had one of the Seabass dishes and hubby had a steak dish with all the lovely Thai herbs and spices. Pudding was The Royal pot and Fantastica. Their menu has lots of choice for all tastes and dietary needs. The quality of the food was excellent and really lovely thai staff too. Its not the cheapest night out but it was lovely
