And wine list balanced with good value. The Amuse bouche quite fun. Foie Gras Mi cuit delightful! Riz de...veaux wit a parsnip sauce. Magical. The Langoustine with an Armanac sauce was lip smacking. The Guinea hen breast was moist and its stuffed leg excellently placed on a bed of cabbage. A good repast. Best in the Rhone Valley. Surely on tap for a Michelin Star.

We got ourselfs an aperitief and a bottle of very nice white...wine ! (Wines are good price quality The food was incredible !! We dould definetly recommand this place !! Perfect service and perfect cooking. This couple are doing their work with passion and love for good food. We are coming back !
