However, th... read more I ordered the shrimp, boudin, crab bites, and for the first time, the fish tacos. I've always experienced excellent service and delicious food here! However, the fish tacos didn't quite meet my expectations. Just a suggestion: while they had great flavor, they were quite soggy. The fish should have a chunkier consistency instead of being minced, and there should be a generous portion of coleslaw that isn’t overly mixed with the sauce. I believe that made the tacos soggy. Perhaps adding an extra tortilla would help. Also, charging $3.50 per taco feels a bit steep to me. Overall, I love this place! It’s a fantastic restaurant for our community, and the owners are local, always coming up with new menu items when crawfish is out of season. Keep it up!
