Reviews summary
This recently renovated family destination offers a vibrant atmosphere and friendly staff, particularly praised for their excellent training and enthusiasm. While many enjoyed the improved pizza and appreciated the game options, some were disappointed with the food quality and malfunctioning games. The digital card system for scoring is seen as a modern convenience, although a few guests found the selection of games limited. Despite mixed feelings about the overall dining experience, families still found joy in their visits and are likely to return, especially for birthday celebrations. There's promise here, but consistency is key.

The service was decent, but the pizza left much to be desired! After roughly ten years, I thought I’d give this place another chance, but unfortunately, it was still disappointing. They offer a range of games for various age groups, but unfortunately, many of them were out of order during our visit. I was thinking about hosting my daughter's birthday party there, but I'm now looking into other options. Their party packages are quite expensive for the experience we had!
This place has improved a lot. They were a bit short-staffed, so the mouse didn’t come out at the scheduled time. The play pass system works well—you buy time in minutes, and you can pause your time using the kiosk when it’s time to eat. The grandkids had a great time, and that’s what really mattered. However, it’s still important for parents to keep an eye on their kids when the place is busy.
I arrived at the restaurant and was not greeted by any staff. Since it was my first visit, I asked how to play the games, and the employee informed me that they only had bands and no cards available. However, another customer pointed out that there were indeed cards and asked if the staff could provide one from behind the counter. The employee's attitude made it seem like she was inconvenienced by having to assist us. I believe that for a place that charges $60 an hour, a warm welcome would be appropriate. Additionally, none of the games were functioning, which made me feel that it was unfair to pay such a high price without receiving the advertised experience.

Manager here does a great job training her staff. Overheard her grilling a new employee ?If party is in 30 minutes, what??. ?What do you need to do before Chucky cuts the cake??? I tried to take trash to throw it away and she took it from me and said ?i have it?. She is a very vivacious woman and it shows in how well the restaurant is being ran. She appears to really care. Big group with birthday party and she is out helping to sing ?happy birthday?. Helped her jr staff set ip for party, etc. she is an outgoing and vivacious personality and Chuckee would do well to train and move her up. The pizza was much better then it was a couple of months ago. Be careful how you order your chicken wings. Make sure it is with bones, or you will only get chicken nuggets. We had a great time with our granddaughter and will be back.
This place has really cleaned up. However, they seemed a bit short-staffed. Unfortunately, the mouse didn't come out as expected within the hour. I will let the pictures do the talking. 8pm on Saturday night. No one is ordering food and they told me it would be an hour and a half for pizza. I?ve been here an hour and have only seen one employee, poor girl.
We brought our 6yo for a birthday outing. The store was clean and bright. Staff was exceptionally friendly!! He played lots of games and had a great time!
