Then another cust... read more Came in employee didn’t greet. Then we haven’t been before so asked hiw things work to play games she said we don’t have any cards only bands. Then another customer seen there were cards and said can’t you give them a card behind counter she just acted like she was being put out to even help us. I just feel like a greeting at the door for a fun place should be better for 60.00 an hour charge. None of the games were working I feel like it’s not right to be out so much money and not get what’s offered.

The play pass works well you buy time/minutes You can stop your time with the kiosk when it's time to eat. Grandkids had a blast and that's all that mattered. People still need to keep an eye on their kids when the place is buy.
