read moreSweet Sue's restaurant has been a beloved tradition in Tyler for over thirty years. With a cozy atmosphere and classic decor, it offers comfort food that is perfect for a family meal or a business lunch. The breakfast menu is available every day and the lunch options include daily specials that are sure to satisfy any craving. Some customers have raved about the delicious home-cooked meals, like the meatloaf or the King Ranch Chicken. The staff, including servers like Cindy, are friendly and attentive, making the dining experience even better. However, recent reviews have raised concerns about the quality of the food, with complaints about the cleanliness of the tables, the freshness of the ingredients, and the overall price value. The experience of some diners was tarnished by underwhelming dishes and less-than-ideal interactions with the management. Overall, while Sweet Sue's has a long-standing reputation in the community, recent feedback suggests that the restaurant may need to address some issues to maintain its loyal customer base.
