This was our first time going and we absolutely loved it. Travis J. was phenomenal he made the experience so wonderful. I?m a big craft beer lover and he took the time to find what they had and give me the selection. He also brought us some extra bread to take home with our takeout boxes. I ended up at Outback after my first choice steakhouse had an hour wait. In hindsight I should have just spent the time waiting for a table at Texas Roadhouse. The potatoes were not at all appetizing, my date smacked hers with a fork and it sounded like a brick, they needed heat and butter for sure to be palatable. It's a chain restaurant, so if you're expecting 5 star service, 5 star food, or a waiter to top off your glass the instant you take a drink you'd best look
Our first time to Outback in years. For a Friday night, we got seated quickly and the waitress was very friendly.
Maybe if you ask for something 3 or 4 times you will actually get it.
I came here for dinner with my husband and granddaughters, who by the way are 15 and 17. The dinner was okay just needed a couple steaks to be cooked more, but when the food returned the manager came to check on us, scott. He gave me the creeps and after the dinner my granddaughters said they noticed him staring at them inappropriately. Hopefully something happens and his supervisor sees this.
I ordered online after working 57 hrs and spent 90$ . Food was horrible. Very dry tasted like they didn’t want to work that night . I also added in a 4oz lobster tail that was about as big as 2 shrimp stacked together. Total waste of money and time . I tried to treat myself to a nice meal because I worked for it . Doing countless hours in heath care I might add just to be utterly disappointed. I called to try make a complaint but the hosts who was very nice said the manger Dylan was very busy and he would get back with me . Well he never did . The pasta was very dry and way too much for the amount of shrimp and unseasoned steak we had got . The amount of Alfredo‘s sauce was laughable compared to how much pasta we had . Complete waste of 90$ in this economy.
