Description
Nestled within downtown Tyler's Plaza Tower, this restaurant offers a relaxed, hipster atmosphere that enchants diners. While recent menu changes have eliminated popular items like power bowls, avocado toast remains a highlight. Vegan options are scarce, with tasty vegan nachos being the standout, though other choices like vegan grilled cheese often sell out quickly. Diners are encouraged to call ahead due to potential menu limitations. Overall, this unique spot continues to impress with its laid-back charm and flavorful offerings, making it a must-visit for both locals and visitors.

Update: I think they have taken a lot from their menu. power bowls can no longer be available. I know they serve avocado toast. could not reach anyone on the phone, but first call before they leave. this is a hidden gem in the Plaza Tower in the city. I took a picture of a part of their menu, but they don't offer power-body shots that are fantastic. they serve cold now, but I would recommend that they heat up the bowl, as the quinoa tastes better warm, imo. cool relaxed hipster atmosphere, really unique and beautiful to find in tyler. updated by previous review on 2021-03-29
When I left, was the only vegan option they had provided the vegan nachos. it had black buzzing, swirling, tomato, mais, sweet kartoffels and cheese. it was really good! on their menu they had a vegan grilled cheese and a few vegan sandwiches, but they were outside. it seems as if they would suggest a buck of their sandwiches and simply sell them until they sold out
Only for the first time, and the only vegan options they now have are the vegan nachos.
