Sonju's boys were extremely helpful for my family. You see, after we bought a vehicle from them, we loved it, but it had a lot of problems and got the point where we had to take care of something else. They needed the time to listen and respond by helping us get out of the vehicle and get into something else. They did not only, but they delivered my new vehicle and picked up my broken vehicle for free. They definitely went beyond and beyond!! See Adam and Matt!!!! The Josh type of Polaris helped on the car side and he was also great!!!! LOVE! Thank you guys for maintaining a customer and goes beyond and beyond!!!

Low pressure drop. Much better buying experience than the last time I bought a car (in another dealer). Sam C. was great, first answered all questions about the phone and then during the test drive.

Buying my new Ford was a journey in itself. Let me first say that I have been a Sonju customer for over 10 years. I always treated Mary and she was amazing. Back in February my husband and I were looking for a new truck for him when I saw a vehicle I really liked it. It was used, but one I always dreamed of. After we bought the used vehicle, we had a lot of trouble with it. It would float anywhere on the street, no matter how much work and orientation we put in them. Unfortunately, we spent more than 2500 dollars making the road worthy, but we had no luck. No! Now I've never had a problem with Sonju, but almost $59k to spend on a new vehicle and not able to drive it where due to safety concerns, I ended up searching for my salesman Mary. I told her and the manager what's going on. I wrote in tears that email and I didn't sleep because of the amount of stress. I never had to bring back a vehicle, so I was completely out of my element, like that, or if they were like a horror story and wouldn't help me at all. After a week of communication I found myself in Sonju and dealt with an amazing ground manager Robert, he took the used vehicle for a spin to see if he felt what was going on with him. He wasn't 5 minutes away and he was back and told me he didn't even get out of the lot with used vehicle and he apologized for the whole situation. They worked miracles (even if it only numbers) in their tax office and were able to get me into a brand new 2022 Ford Ranger. Now I admit that buying used vehicles is always difficult, because there is usually a reason why people exchange them. I was astonishing when I brought my vehicle back that no one made me feel like an inconvenience. All departments worked fast and felt like I had a first-class treatment to get me into my new truck. I was super satisfied with everyone and when I drove off their lot with a new truck, the stress melted away before I even left the highway. If you are looking for a trader who supports their promises about customer service and truly value their customers GO HERE!

Service department is AWESOME!!!! On our way to Lutsen for a weekend trip and the service engine light on our 2019 Chevy Colorado went on. It is 5:45 pm on a Friday night. Service department staff, Jake, Marcus and Joe helped us diagnose the problem, find a replacement part and perform engine diagnostics to make sure all was running well. OUTSTANDING, helpful and friendly service! And much appreciated! Thankful to have service oriented people like this! Sue and Jim
